Description

“Hiroo Tower” is a high-class “Vintage” apartment building and a landmark of Hiroo. 1 minute walk from Hiroo station. It is located in quiet area one street back from Gaien-Nishi dori. The neighborhood is very convenient with a variety of shops and supermarkets.

Hiroo Towers was designed in 1971, and has been certified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism with a structural evaluation by the High-rise Building Evaluation Committee. The High-rise Evaluation Committee examined the high level of seismic safety using advanced calculations, such as dynamic analysis, and then enforced it using the latest technology and careful quality control at that time. Buildings under the new seismic design method and buildings that have received this structural evaluation are not required to undergo seismic evaluation.
