Message from the President
“Breaking Down Language Barriers to Deliver Peace of Mind in Daily Living”
After graduating from university, I entered the real estate industry with a strong belief that improving the quality of housing—along with food and clothing—can greatly enhance people’s quality of life.
Over the past 30 years, I have worked extensively in real estate brokerage in Japan. During this time, I became increasingly aware of the importance of English support in the Japanese market. This led me to spend time living in Australia, gaining firsthand experience of life in a foreign culture. In 2014, I founded Asian Property Inc. to bridge this gap.
Living abroad comes with a mix of excitement and anxiety, especially when navigating an unfamiliar language and culture. My own experience inspired me to support others facing the same challenges when relocating to Japan.
It is my sincere hope to create a society where non-Japanese residents can receive the same high-quality services as Japanese citizens—without being limited by language barriers.
