My name is Masao, I am a broker for selling and leasing property in central Tokyo, specially for residence.
I would like to post here anything about Tokyo, and this may help you.
I start work in real estate industry in 1986, and main job was mostly leasing, property management, sales.
After return from Sydney, Australia in 2001, I start working with expatries for helping their home in Tokyo, and then I have established own company in August, 2014 called Asian Property Inc.
Why “Asian Property” becuase I was hoping to sell forigen property to Japanese, and start learing law and rules in Australia. Anyway, hope you could understand what my written sentences in English.
