With a strong focus on assisting expatriates, embassy staff, and investors from English-speaking countries, I have dedicated over three decades to helping clients find their ideal homes in Japan.

After living abroad in Australia, I recognized firsthand the need for real estate services that transcend language and cultural barriers. This led me to establish Asian Property Inc. in 2014.

Since then, we have been committed to providing a safe and comfortable living environment for numerous international clients residing in Japan.

"Delivering the same high standard of service our clients expect overseas?right here in Japan."
With this belief at the heart of our mission, we continue to offer real estate services that go beyond language and culture, always staying close to each individual’s lifestyle and needs.

Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism in Japan will start an examination of prove for making a real estate transaction history in 2019. Purpose is to disclose history of transaction price, renovation history and so on which makes transparency on market and promote more secondhand property market.
